instead of eating 800kcal, I'll eat 1000kcal this time. dot.
and as much as possible; organic food and smoothies.
I already bought a pineapple, bananas and mixed berries.
I'll refuse of artificially sweetened soft drinks. favor freshly squeezed fruit juices.
(but still...... DRINK MORE WODAAAH!!!) once a week - one day (juice)fasting?
g'nite - imma tired as Snorlax.
